Dear Cabarrus County Schools families,

As the 2023-24 school year ends, I am writing to extend my congratulations to the entire Cabarrus County Schools community for a year of remarkable achievements at the world, national, state and regional level. 

First and foremost, to the Class of 2024, congratulations on reaching this significant milestone in your educational journey. Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have led you to this moment of celebration. Graduation is not just an end, but a beginning. As you step into the next chapter of your lives, whether it be higher education, the workforce, military service, or other endeavors, I am confident that the skills and knowledge you have gained during your time in Cabarrus County Schools have prepared you well for the future. Embrace the challenges ahead with the same determination and enthusiasm that have brought you to this day. 

To the educators and staff, your unwavering commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment has been instrumental in guiding our students to success. The 2023-24 school year presented unique challenges, yet you rose to the occasion with resilience and innovation. Your dedication to excellence in education has been truly inspiring, and the positive impact you have made on your students’ lives will be felt for years to come. 

To our families and community members, thank you for your continuous support and partnership. Your involvement and encouragement have been vital to creating a strong, supportive, and thriving educational community. Together, we have built a foundation that enables our students to excel and achieve their dreams. 

As we celebrate the accomplishments of this school year, let us also look forward to the opportunities and possibilities that lie ahead. I am excited to see what the future holds for Cabarrus County Schools and am confident that, with the collective efforts of our dedicated educators, staff, students, and families, the 2024-25 school year will be even more successful.
