Honor Ensemble Selections

It has been an exciting past two weeks in the CCS performing arts areas.  Eighty (80) students from across Cabarrus County have been selected for a number of honors ensembles in the Charlotte metro region and beyond.  Of note, thirty-six (36) of the ninety-six (96) students selected for the 2019 Charlotte Youth Wind Ensemble are Cabarrus County band students.  That’s thirty-eight percent (38%) of the ensemble!  Congratulations to these talented and hard-working musicians and also their teachers.  You make us all proud!
