Extended Reach Teacher 1 (ERT1)

  • Responsibility: 20-35% more caseload of students
  • NonAR Annual Stipend: $3,000
  • AR Annual Stipend: $4,500 

Extended Reach Teacher 2 (ERT2)

  • Responsibility: 36-50% more caseload of students
  • NonAR Annual Stipend: $6,000
  • AR Annual Stipend: $8,000 

 

  • Responsibility: 51-70% more caseload of students
  • NonAR Annual Stipend: $9,000
  • AR Annual Stipend: $11,000

Extended Reach Teacher 3 (ERT3)

  • Responsibility: 71-85% more caseload of students
  • NonAR Annual Stipend: $12,000
  • AR Annual Stipend: $15,000 

 

  • Responsibility: 86-100% more caseload of students
  • NonAR Annual Stipend: $18,000
  • AR Annual Stipend: $21,000

Multi-Classroom Teacher 1 (MCL1)

  • Responsibility: 3-5 teachers coached
  • NonAR Annual Stipend: $10,000
  • AR Annual Stipend: $14,000 

Multi-Classroom Teacher 2 (MCL2)

  • Responsibility: 6-10+ teachers coached
  • NonAR Annual Stipend: $20,000
  • AR Annual Stipend: $21,000

 

 


 

At-risk stipend levels are available to ATR participants in schools designated as Title I, Restart, or Low Performing.
