Mrs. Meredith Campbell

Meredith CampbellHello Gryphon students and families! I am looking forward to returning to CC Griffin as your school social worker for the 2022-2023 school year. This is my second year as a Cabarrus County school. During graduate school, I did an internship with CCS as well as worked for local nonprofits and government over the past five years.

I was born and raised in Cabarrus County. I received my undergraduate degree in Special Education from Western Carolina University. I received my master’s in social work from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I now reside in Mooresville, NC with my family, but Cabco will always be home. My goal is to serve as a liaison between home, school, and the community, to help support our students' and families' needs. Services I provide, but are not limited to; day treatment referral liaison for CCS middle schools, crisis intervention, case management, McKenny Vento/homeless education support, referrals to community agencies/resources, attendance, parent education, individual/group counseling, etc.

I have a passion for education and helping students find the gifts and talents they can bring to this world. I look forward to creating collaborative relationships with students, families, and staff to best help support our Gryphons this academic year.

Parents, please feel free to reach out to me with questions and concerns.
