Cabarrus County Schools Advertisement for RFQ 4-25-24

Plan holders and Prospective Bidders,

Cabarrus County Schools has re-advertised the Mt Pleasant Elementary School Parking Lot Improvement Project due to not receiving the required 3 bids at the first bid opening.  Current plan holders can pick up a new proposal for the re-bid at no charge here at our office.  The new proposal does differ slightly from the original proposal with updated dates.  Only new proposals will be accepted for bidding.  We have included addendum No. 1 in the new proposal and have acknowledged so on BF-1 of the new proposal.  The project plans have not changed.

Cut-off date for questions is established as April 23 at 5 PM, no addenda will be issued later than April 24 at 5 PM.

Bid opening for the re-bid will be Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 10 AM at AWCK, 120 S Main St Kannapolis.

No pre-bid conference is scheduled.
