Back-to-School Open House schedule

Back to School Open Houses across Cabarrus County Schools for the 2024-25 school year will be held on the following dates and times:

  • Monday, Aug. 5th

    • 6 PM – Cabarrus Early College of Technology 11th grade parent meeting

    • 7 PM – Cabarrus Early College of Technology 12th grade parent meeting

  • Tuesday, Aug. 6th

    • 5-7 PM Cabarrus Virtual Academy

    • 6-8 PM Cabarrus Health Sciences Institute

    • 6-8 PM Cabarrus-Kannapolis Early College High School

    • 6:30-7 PM – Cabarrus Early College of Technology 9th grade Open House

    • 7-8::30 PM – Cabarrus Early College of Technology 9th grade parent meeting

  • Wednesday, Aug. 7th   

    • 4:30-6:30 PM – All Middle School Open Houses (with the exception of 6-8 Royal Oaks School of the Arts)

    • 6-8 PM – All High School Open Houses (with the exception of CKEC, CHSI, and CVA)

    • 6:30-7:30 PM – Cabarrus Early College of Technology 10th grade Open House

    • 7-8 PM – Cabarrus Early College of Technology 10th grade parent meeting

  • Thursday, Aug. 8th   

    • 5:00-7:00pm –  All Elementary School Open Houses with the following time exceptions:

      • Cox Mill Elementary

        • 4-5:30pm for families with the last name A-M

        • 5:30-7:00pm for families with the last name N-Z

      • 6-8 PM Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary

      • Hickory Ridge Elementary School

        • 4-5 PM Last Names A-I

        • 5-6 PM Last Names J-N

        • 6-7 PM Last Names O-Z

      • 5:30-7:30 PM Odell Elementary

      • 5-7 PM Odell Primary

      • 4-6 PM R.Brown McAllister STEM Elementary

      • 4-7 PM Royal Oaks School of the Arts K-8
