Cabarrus County Schools recognizes parents' and guardians' right to inspect instructional materials and to express concerns about instructional materials used in the school district.  

Thus, to increase involvement in the education of their children, the board provides opportunities for parents and guardians to review instructional materials, and a process to use when they object to instructional materials as outlined in Board Policy 3200.  Parents and guardians can initiate this process by contacting your child's principal to discuss next steps.
