All certified employees new to Cabarrus County working in schools—such as classroom teachers, social workers, and guidance counselors—must register for
New Teacher/Certified Employee Orientation using this link.

REQUIRED – New Employee Benefits Orientation Registration
As part of the onboarding process , ALL New Employees are required to attend a MANDATORY Virtual New Employee Benefits Orientation.
Each session will be conducted live by one of our Benefits and Retirement Administrators.

SAFESCHOOL REQUIREMENTS
All new employees are required to complete training in SafeSchools. In order to login to SafeSchools, you will need to utilize your timekeeper number which will be provided by the Treasurer at your school. These trainings include, but are not limited to, Drug-Free Workplace, Legal Briefing, Finance Guidelines, and Technology Guidelines.
