Destini Brown headshotThis is my first year as fully licensed School Psychologist in Cabarrus County Schools. My research interest regards student wellness, which is a sense of belonging and how it differs based on gender and ethnicity. I have a professional interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder. The best part of my job is being able to connect with students through various lenses and being able to build positive relationships with students, families, and school personnel. I am originally from Anderson, South Carolina but never moved back after attending college! In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exercising, reading, horseback riding, playing with my dog, and spending time with friends and family.
