Cabarrus County Schools (CCS) is requesting bids by Wednesday, 12/11/2024 at 10:00 AM for work at Cabarrus County Schools Admin Building 4401 Old Airport Rd, Concord NC. 28025.

This project will involve the replacement of (4) existing rooftop DX Cooling with Electric Heat Package HVAC Units and (2) Split System DX Cooling systems, including all associated components, wiring, Roofing, Structural and ceiling work. The installation of new systems will be carried out in compliance with local building codes and regulations.  Testing and commissioning of the new system will be performed to ensure its functionality and reliability. Training for District personnel in the operation and maintenance of the new systems will also be required to be provided.  Throughout the project, safety measures will be strictly adhered to, and the work will be scheduled to minimize disruption to the facility’s daily activities.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for this project at Cabarrus County Schools Maintenance Dept Construction Conference Room, 4425 Old Airport Rd, Concord NC, 28025, Tuesday, 11/19/2024 at 1:00PM.  Bring proper ID.
