Mac OS User Tabbing
For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:
Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:
Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.
Additional settings for Safari Browser.
Open Safari Preferences:
Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.
I am a nationally certified school psychologist who serves Roberta Road Middle School and the Mary Frances Wall Center. This is my eighth year in Cabarrus County Schools and my 16th year as a fully licensed school psychologist. The best part of my job is seeing students meet or exceed their goals! I am proud to say that I provide comprehensive psychological services at my schools which include: Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in the Exceptional Children's program, participating in crisis/safety teams at my schools and assisting in crisis response across the district, providing individual and group counseling for students, participating in school-wide leadership teams, using school academic and behavioral data to create and evaluate appropriate supplemental and intensive supports for students at risk, collaborating with other school-based mental health professionals to meet students' mental health needs, and providing workshops for parents and/or teachers.
