Hello,

I have worked for Cabarrus County Schools since the 1997-98 school year.  In my current role of District Behavior Specialist, I supervise and coordinate the services of CCS's Behavior Management Technicians (BMTs).  I also supervise the critical care behavioral services for students that need extra support due to trauma, life changes, and/or are exhibiting a high level of maladaptive behaviors in our classrooms.  As a Master Level Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) trainer, I manage all district-wide trainings on de-escalation.

I am a Floridian and a life-long Dolphins and Gators fan.  My wife, Katie and I are fortunate to have a son attending Pfeiffer University and another son who is a freshman at Appalachian State University.  On weekends, I can be found either on a boat or playing disc golf.

Consistency and structure in our lives is when learning happens (academically and behaviorally).
