My name is Tennia Webb, and I currently serve as a Behavior Management Technician with the Cabarrus County School district.  I have several years of experience working with young people.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Buffalo State College. I also attended Erie Community College, where I received my associate’s degree in Criminal Justice.

I’ve worked in a variety of roles, ranging from a Youth Behavioral Specialist, Detention Officer, Parole/Probation Officer, School Security Officer, and Substitute Teacher. My favorite roles are those that have involved working in the school system. I strive to make an impact on the lives of the students that we serve. I look forward to learning, understanding and meeting student goals.
